We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic office environment. Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records
* Handle clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Skills
* Proven office experience with a focus on administrative tasks
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Previous clerical experience is preferred
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and in writing
