This includes the implementation of new pricing software, market-leading modelling, and performance monitoring approaches. Our pricing structure is more aligned to focus on the key disciplines of technical pricing, market pricing and pricing governance. As a result, several vacancies have arisen, with a need for strong data science, actuarial and governance skills. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Pricing Data & Systems Analyst to join us! Reporting into the Pricing, Data & Systems Manager, you’ll implement pricing changes on Radar, carrying out testing to ensure rating is delivered as intended. You’ll ensure appropriate Radar changes are made in line to transformation programme requirements. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Implementing pricing changes across Radar ensuring requirements are well understood and delivered on time. Carrying out Radar testing to ensure pricing as intended for new propositions and existing product rate changes, targeting a zero-error rate. Building and maintaining pricing EUC’s to ensure they are delivering pricing or underwriting as intended, rolling them out effectively to users. Delivering Radar changes as per transformation programme requirements. Maintaining a log of all pricing data requirements, carrying out data checks on new data deliveries and highlighting any issues to the data team. Carrying out investigations into causes of Radar related incidents, analysing impact and assisting in the delivery of timely and appropriate resolution. Building strong relationships with other pricing teams, IT and the data team. What you’ll bring: Comprehensive understanding of PMI products, pricing and underwriting approaches Experience of deploying and testing complex rating models/algorithms in Radar or equivalent software Excellent mathematical skills Ability to grasp and explain a range of technical concepts to all business stakeholders Solution focused, with a strong focus on delivery, and desire for continuous improvement Comprehensive understanding of pricing data, pricing systems and integration with admin platforms Self-motivated with a can-do attitude Strong influencing skills This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
