Chemistry, Biology and Physics Teachers-Secondary Schools We are looking to appoint qualified teachers of Chemistry, Biology and Physics to work at high achieving schools with excellent resources and support. The roles will involve teaching your specialist subject and other science subjects to A level and GCSE. This is an exciting opportunity to work in academic environments with students who are highly motivated. Responsibilities: * Planning, delivering and marking lessons. * Giving constructive and guided feedback to students both written and verbally * Summative and formative assessment, guide progress through marking and feedback * Attending departmental meetings and communicating effectively with parents. * Encouraged to share best practice within and beyond the department * Lead extracurricular enrichment activities to extend learning beyond the classroom Qualifications/Requirements: * Successful candidates should hold a PGCE with a relevant bachelor’s degree, a Bachelor of Education or the international equivalent. * Hold an up-to-date DBS certificate. * Possess an excellent subject knowledge * Have excellent knowledge of the British Curriculum * Maintain exceptional classroom practice * Work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues *Payment scale advertised is based upon the teacher pay scale from M1 to M6.
