Ricoh are currently recruiting for a Test & Data Migration Manager to play a pivotal role in the transformation of our IT operating model, enabling Ricoh to operate as a modern, agile, and service-oriented technology organisation. This role exists to close critical capability gaps across Enterprise platforms and applications, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and completeness of data transferred between systems, and to validate that all system functionalities perform as expected through comprehensive testing.

Overview
This role focuses on minimising risk through rigorous planning, execution, and quality assurance, ultimately ensuring a smooth go-live with minimal disruption to business operations. It also drives the adoption of testing and migration automation, promotes standardisation and re-usability, and improves transparency into testing and data migration performance.
Responsibilities

* Drive the adoption of testing and migration automation, promote standardisation and re-usability, and improve transparency into testing and data migration performance.
* Ensure that Testing and Data migration services are delivered reliably, efficiently, and in alignment with business growth objectives, while mitigating operational risks and safeguarding business continuity.
* Define and implement the strategy, frameworks, teams, and tools to run an industrialised testing and data migration COE.
* Test Strategy and Plan Development: develop and own the overall test strategy, including unit, system integration, user acceptance, regression, and performance testing; establish traceability between test cases and business requirements.
* Data Migration Strategy and Execution Plan: design and deliver a detailed data migration strategy, including data mapping, transformation rules, validation processes, and reconciliation methods; ensure alignment with project milestones and go-live plans; collaborate with stakeholders on data cleansing, enrichment, and de-duplication rules.
* Test Case Development and Execution Oversight: lead the creation and review of test cases, test scripts, and test data; manage execution of test cycles, defect logging, triage, tracking, and resolution; ensure testing artefacts are documented, versioned, and auditable.
* Data Quality Assurance and Validation: validate data migration accuracy through pre- and post-migration audits; coordinate dry runs and mock data loads; develop data validation dashboards and reconciliation reports for sign-off.
* Stakeholder Management and Communication: act as primary contact for testing and data migration streams; provide regular updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to sponsors and steering committees; coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, developers, testers, data owners, and external vendors.
Qualifications
* Ideally a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience managing large-scale testing and/or data migration projects across complex enterprise environments.
* Experience in complex hybrid environments (Cloud, on-prem, SaaS) with hands-on ERP, CRM, or cloud platform migrations (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
* Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps and enterprise service management principles; strong leadership in building and managing cross-functional teams in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
* Experience translating requirements into IT testing and data migration services that drive customer and operational improvements; excellent problem-solving skills; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* PM methodologies certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) are desirable; data management or migration certifications (e.g. Microsoft Data Engineer, Informatica, SAP Data Services) are advantageous.
* Proficiency with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, Azure DevOps); experience with data migration tools (SQL, ETL tools, data loaders) and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) is advantageous.
* Familiarity with test automation frameworks and performance testing tools is desirable.
