Our client is looking to appoint a Member Services Coordinator to join their busy services team. This role is key to delivering a positive and professional experience for members, acting as a first point of contact and supporting ongoing engagement.
You will be confident managing a high volume of enquiries, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and be motivated by delivering excellent service.
💥 As a Member Services Coordinator, you will:
* Act as the first point of contact for members, handling a high volume of enquiries via telephone and email
* Provide clear, accurate and timely responses to ensure a consistently high standard of service
* Work closely with the wider member services team to meet service demands and member needs
* Use strong communication and influencing skills to resolve enquiries and exceed expectations
* Carry out outbound calls to support member engagement and retention activity
* Update internal systems and records accurately following member interactions
* Escalate complex or sensitive enquiries where appropriate
* Share feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of member services
💥 What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a customer service, member services or contact centre environment
* Confidence handling high volumes of inbound and outbound communication
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A professional, empathetic and solution focused approach
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
