About the Role:
Are you highly organised, proactive, and looking to make a real impact in HR and Talent? Weβre seeking an Administrator / Coordinator to join our Talent team, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. β¨
In this role, youβll handle everything from interview scheduling π
and candidate communications π¬ to onboarding π, HRIS management π», and recruitment reporting π. Youβll also support strategic HR projects, contribute to process improvements, and play a key role in creating a smooth, professional, and welcoming candidate experience. π
What Youβll Do:
* Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications π

* Maintain ATS and HRIS records accurately and efficiently π»
* Issue contracts, onboarding documentation, and support pre-employment checks π
* Support payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle events π·π
* Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights to client teams π
* Assist with HR projects, wellbeing initiatives, and training logistics ποΈ βοΈπ
* Be a proactive point of contact for candidates and stakeholders π€
What Weβre Looking For:
* Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration π’
* Excellent organisational and communication skills ποΈπ¬
* Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems π»
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment β‘
