The Successful Applicant
A successful Trainer - Health & Social Care should have:
11. A recognised teaching or training qualification.
12. Experience in delivering training within the health and social care sector.
13. Strong knowledge of health and social care practices and standards.
14. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
15. A commitment to supporting learners' development and success.
16. The ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse learner needs.
