Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression
• Manage reception duties and incoming calls
• Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role is advantageous
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A professional, proactive, and approachable manner
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm (1-hour lunch) – Part-time may be considered
