As our strategic and creative output increases, we are expanding our creative and strategy team, led by our Head of Creative.
As we work on a diverse and exciting portfolio of brands, across multiple industries, we are looking for an experienced Creative Copy Writer, with the right skill set to complement our existing offering and work on a variety of Creative and Strategic projects:

1. Copywriting: Develop clear, concise, and creative copy for a variety of marketing
materials, including but not limited to print ads, digital ads, websites, social media,
email campaigns, and more.
2. Idea Creation: Create engaging content for our clients' brands that resonates
with their target audiences and drives results.
3. Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine campaign concepts that effectively communicate our clients' messages and achieve their goals.
4. Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
to inform your copywriting and ensure it is relevant and effective.
5. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, objectives,
and brand voice, and incorporate their feedback into your copywriting.
6. Proofreading and Editing: Ensure all copy is grammatically correct, error-free, and
adheres to brand guidelines.
7. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines,
and communicate effectively with the creative team and clients.
Requirements
8. At least 4 years' experience writing across a wider range of formats including Campaign (from ideas to delivery), website copy, articles, social media posts, newsletters, Google ads and paid social posts.
9. Experience in supporting the planning, creation, scheduling, and reporting of copywriting production
10. Exceptional writing, editing, and brand storytelling skills – adept at scoping and producing pristine and sparkling copy for all formats and channels (organic and paid).
11. A proven track record copywriting across multiple industries, with the ability to turn their hand to any topic.
12. An understanding of SEO and editorial copywriting best practices in varying forms.
13. Understanding of content strategies and the ability to confidently explain the successful impact of a content strategy.
14. The confidence and experience to recommend fresh approaches based on trends and awareness of the digital/cultural landscape. And to experience to suggest new and exciting copywriting ideas to inspire our clients and their audiences.
15. Understanding of the principles and power of brand storytelling and purpose-led content.
16. Consistent delivery of the highest quality copy, based on performance analytics and creative briefs to the client each month.
Responsibilities
17. Producing consistently excellent copy that excites and inspires our clients and their audiences.
18. Ideating new campaign ideas and ways of working in multiple formats – from tag lines, activation asset, social captions, newsletters, and long-form articles.
19. Reviewing and maintaining processes of content creation on a regular, ongoing basis.
20. Working closely with the rest of the creative team on copy for impactful visual assets.
21. Attending client meetings as required to input from a content perspective.
22. Setting and monitoring editorial TOV and project guidelines, where required.
23. Working closely with the Creative, Strategy, Client Services, Delivery, Tech and SEO teams – and all areas of the business - on collaboration on projects and suggestions for improvements to ways of working in copy production.
24. Active participation in ideation sessions.
