You’ll join our depot team for in-person coaching and online training sessions with our Talent Development team, learning valuable business skills from capable mentors. Our employee development focus ensures a comprehensive training experience, with the Customer Assistance Representative role offering excellent progression opportunities through our in-house training and development roadmap.
We encourage all employees to excel and reward your commitment with potential salary increases, including a £1,000 increase in your first year. Completing each task on the training roadmap will be assessed and accredited, with various knowledge checks and activities to ensure continuous learning.
On completing the roadmap (typically around 10 months), you will earn your first promotion to Senior Customer Assistance Representative. Further development opportunities include joining our leadership development programme, gaining knowledge in Fleet Logistics, Strategy, Marketing, Revenue Management, HR, and Operations, progressing toward management roles and future career growth with Enterprise.

As a Customer Assistance Representative, your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, supporting operations with administration skills, and managing a fleet of commercial vehicles. You will develop new business, build relationships, and contribute to a profitable business by focusing on revenue and cost controls.
We will teach you effective communication, influence, and interaction skills with customers, vendors, and colleagues. You will learn sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management, enabling you to build lasting relationships with local business partners.
