We're looking for a Recruitment and On-boarding Team Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team based at Hinkley Point C.
Location:Bridgwater, Somerset - Hinkley Point C - hybrid role with some working from home available
Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Responsibilities
As Recruitment and On-boarding Team Manager, you'll lead recruitment and onboarding for staff and operatives across the KBJV framework. You'll manage the full mobilisation lifecycle—from forecasting and approvals to onboarding and induction—ensuring compliance with nuclear site standards. You'll also oversee a small support team.
Your day to day will include:
* Leading recruitment planning and approvals with hiring managers and senior leadership team
* Managing CV reviews, interviews, SQEP checks and on-boarding logistics
* Coordinating vetting, induction bookings and site access
* Chairing regular meetings with recruitment, on-boarding and health and safety teams
* Ensuring compliance with nuclear regulations and site protocols
