We are working with several secondary schools in the Stockport area looking to recruit Cover Supervisors for full-time roles starting in September.
This is a great opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to gain classroom experience and make a positive impact.
The Role:
* Supervising lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a focused learning environment
* Delivering pre-set work to students across various subjects
* Supporting students with questions and maintaining engagement
* Gaining valuable experience within secondary school settings
You Will Need:
* Confidence to manage a classroom and engage students
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A calm, professional, and flexible approach
* Experience working with young people in any setting is an advantage
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
