Account Manager - PR Agency - Science, Climate & Innovation
Location: Central London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Salary: Circa £40,000 dependent on experience

They partner with pioneering organisations tackling some of the world’s biggest challenges – from clean energy and food security to cutting-edge science and climate tech.

The role
You’ll play a central role in delivering campaigns for innovative, future-focused clients while managing day-to-day relationships and driving high-quality output across accounts.
Responsibilities will include:
* Leading media strategy and sell-ins across national, business, tech and trade media
* Turning complex science and technology into engaging, accessible narratives
* Developing thought leadership campaigns, reports and insight-led content
* Managing client relationships and ensuring consistently high standards of delivery
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Driving integrated campaigns across earned, owned and social channels
* Tracking performance and demonstrating campaign impact
What they’re looking for
* A strong grounding in media relations with a genuine interest in science, innovation or climate
* Agency experience at Account Manager level (typically 3–4+ years)
* Experience managing multiple clients and delivering integrated campaigns
* Someone organised, proactive and confident working with technical subject matter
* A natural team player who enjoys contributing to a collaborative culture
* Enthusiasm to get involved in new business and pitching
