💥 Manager - Palantir Foundry | Flexible Salary | Hybrid 💥
Harvey Nash have partnered with a leading consultancy to grow their Centre of Excellence in Data & AI. We’re looking for a Data & Analytics Manager experienced with Palantir to deliver client projects using Palantir Foundry, combining hands-on technical expertise with client-facing consulting and team leadership.
You’ll work closely with clients to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, leading small delivery teams and ensuring high-quality execution across complex projects.
What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Leading delivery for Palantir Foundry projects, taking ownership of end-to-end implementation and client outcomes
🔹 Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
🔹 Coaching and developing team members, ensuring high standards of delivery and technical excellence
🔹 Supporting pre-sales activity with technical and consultative insight
🔹 Engaging with senior client stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and recommendations
Experience of interest:
🔹 Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry modules, pipelines, apps, and ontology
🔹 Experience managing small teams or leading delivery streams on complex projects
🔹 Strong consulting skills - able to work with ambiguity and engage effectively with senior stakeholders
🔹 Technical understanding of data engineering, analytics, and AI platforms
🔹 Ability to translate client needs into technical solutions and manage delivery within scope and budget
🔹 Exposure to multiple industries such as public sector, financial services, or enterprise-scale clients is valued greatly
