1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
3. Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas
5. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
7. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
8. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events
9. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues
10. Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers
11. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
