Contract role – Frailty Team
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Physiotherapist in the West Midlands
Team: Frailty Team Service:
1. Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment Clinic
2. Assessment of up to 4 patients in clinic.
3. Looking at falls risk and mobility issues.
4. Follow ups are then completed in patients own home.
5. Working location: Clinic operates from Stan Ball Centre, Bloxwich, Walsall
6. Follow up visits will be in patients homes.
