Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor – Boutique Law Firm (Manchester Outskirts) I am working with a boutique law firm located on the outskirts of Manchester who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking to join a personable, well-established practice offering high-quality residential work.
The Role
\t
* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
\t
* Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
\t
* Working closely with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions
\t
* Running files independently with support where required
The Ideal Candidate
\t
* Residential Conveyancer or qualified Solicitor
\t
* At least 3 years’ experience handling their own residential caseload
\t
* Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
\t
* Excellent client care and communication skills
\t
* Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
