About the role
Are you passionate about fashion retail and ready to take the next step in your merchandising career? Join Hush as an Assistant Merchandiser and play a key role in ensuring our customers have the right products at the right time, place, and quantity.
What you’ll do
* Analyse sales data to optimise stock levels across all channels.
* Monitor product performance and adjust allocations to maximise profitability.
* Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams for seamless launches and promotions.
* Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimising stockouts.
* Maintain accurate merchandising systems and reports to track trends.
* Prepare and present sales performance reports, identifying opportunities for growth.
* Support planning and execution of end-of-season sales and promotions.
* Continuously improve merchandising strategies and processes.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in a similar role (essential).
* Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
* Excellent communication skills across Outlook, Teams, and face-to-face.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in fashion retail and mentoring junior team members is a plus
