About The Role
We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we are currently seeking Team Members who can add that extra sparkle to our guests’ holidays. You will work in our busy check-in area as part of the welcome team, delivering exceptional customer service.
You will assist guests as they arrive to start their holiday and be part of a team that ensures their first impressions are memorable. No experience is necessary; working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you to develop skills and confidence to excel in your role.
About You
No prior experience is required to join our teams. If you have a warm, friendly manner and enjoy chatting with people, we can teach you the specifics of the job. If you have previous experience, we would love to hear about it.
Being a great team player and enjoying a busy environment are essential. No day will be the same, so you should be open to trying new things and engaging with many different people.
Our resorts operate during the week and weekends, so flexibility to work evenings and weekends is necessary.
This role is PART TIME, mainly working on Mondays and Fridays, from 11 am to 9 pm, with some flexibility in start and finish times.
