Salary: £125 - £240 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier if available)

GSL Education are seeking an engaging and motivated Primary Teacher to work in welcoming and progressive primary schools in Brightlingsea.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to teach across Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on your strengths. You will play a key role in fostering a love for learning and creating a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.

As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will be:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs
* Promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe, inclusive classroom environment
* Monitor pupil progress and provide timely feedback
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
* Contribute to the wider school community and ongoing development
* Take part in planning meetings and school events as required
Primary Teacher Job Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
* A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A passion for teaching and commitment to student progress
* Recent teaching experience in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
