About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the management and operation of a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will lead and support a team of property managers, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, maintaining high service standards, and maximising asset performance. This role is key in building strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and contractors.
This is a fully in-house, office-based role, five days per week, based at Piccadilly Circus.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
Lead, mentor, and support a team of property managers to ensure high service delivery
Ensure smooth day-to-day property operations and effective issue resolution
Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and contractor performance
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies
Manage tenant relations including leases, rent collection, renewals, and disputes
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance
Liaise with property owners, tenants, and external contractors
Develop and implement strategies to enhance property performance and profitability
Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in property management
At least 2 years in a senior or managerial role
Strong knowledge of property legislation, lease management, and health & safety compliance
Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
Professional qualifications such as RICS, IRPM, or ARLA are highly desirable
