The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Business Change Manager should have:
11. Proven experience in leading change and transformation initiatives within the retail industry.
12. Proven track record as a true change leader, with depth in behavioural change, engagement, and embedding new ways of working (not overly project‑management focused).
13. Experience leading large‑scale, complex, matrixed transformation programmes, ideally across multiple functions.
14. Strong capability in change impact assessment, readiness, stakeholder engagement, and building end‑to‑end change strategies.
15. Comfortable working with operating models, process design, and partnering closely with design/optimisation teams.
16. Strong knowledge of organisational development principles and practices.
17. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
18. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
19. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
20. Experience working in a complex change and transformation seat.
