About The Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on delivering accurate and comprehensive data solutions that inform strategic decision-making within the TRICARE program. The ideal candidate will possess experience in statistical methodologies, data visualization, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
You will be part of our Government Services team dedicated to the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP). TRICARE is the Department of Defense's healthcare program, and TOP specifically addresses healthcare needs outside the U.S.
This role requires a unique combination of analytical and communication skills, capable of working in multicultural environments and influencing decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, document, and maintain analytical dashboards in line with contractual requirements.
* Develop and implement quality controls and standards to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
* Design and deliver reports and insights analyzing business functions and operational metrics.
* Apply advanced data modeling and predictive analytics to interpret findings.
* Optimize processes related to data intake, validation, mining, engineering, modeling, visualization, and communication.
About You
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and machine learning techniques.
* Expertise in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI (3+ years).
* Advanced SQL skills (3+ years).
