MET Technician - Prestige Bodyshop
Horsham | £40,000 - £50,000 OTE | Full-Time, Permanent
Are you a skilled MET Technician looking to work in a modern, high-end Bodyshop with leading technology and premium vehicles? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, values-driven group with an excellent reputation for colleague development and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing:
Strip & refit mechanical and trim components to manufacturer standards
Diagnose and document additional damage during repairs
Carry out basic mechanical repairs and final quality checks
Collaborate with estimators and panel/paint teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain tools and follow strict health & safety guidelinesWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience in a MET role within an accident repair/bodyshop environment
Ability to read repair methods and follow manufacturer specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to "right first time" repairs
