We are looking for a talented DEIB Programme Lead to join our People Team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage DEIB projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met
* Advise on and implement DEIB strategy, embedding inclusive practices across all levels of the organisation
* Coordinate cross-functional working groups and employee networks to support DEIB initiatives
* Develop tools and frameworks to measure progress against DEIB objectives and produce regular reports for senior leadership
* Facilitate inclusive conversations, workshops and listening sessions to foster engagement and gather insights
* Review and update policies through a DEIB lens, ensuring best practice and legal compliance
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading DEIB initiatives in a complex organisation
* Strong project management and analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence facilitating and influencing at all levels
* Knowledge of UK equality legislation and inclusive HR practices
* Empathy, resilience, and a collaborative approach
* Commitment to continuous professional development in DEIB
