Are you an experienced Receptionist with strong OPERA knowledge? We have an immediate opportunity to join a welcoming hotel team in Hampshire on a temporary basis until at least the end of October - with on-site staff accommodation included.

What you'll be doing:
You'll provide a professional and friendly front desk service, ensuring a smooth experience for every guest. Key responsibilities include:
Covering reception shifts between 07:00 - 22:30
Using OPERA to manage bookings, check-ins, and guest records
Delivering an outstanding welcome and handling guest queries
Supporting the wider team to ensure a seamless guest journey
Maintaining accuracy in administration and payment handling
What we're looking for:
We're seeking an experienced Receptionist with:
Proven background in hotel reception/front office roles
Strong knowledge of OPERA systems (essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work a range of shifts as part of the rota
A professional, guest-first approach at all times
