We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant leisure-site restaurant in Wimborne. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, high-volume operation and shape a strong, motivated team.
This role is not suitable for Assistant Managers looking for a step up - proven Restaurant Manager experience is essential.

Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours/Pattern: Includes alternate weekends off
Location: Wimborne
Environment: High-volume restaurant (approx. 200 covers daily, rising to 300 in warmer months)

About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be a hands-on, operational leader with the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.
You'll oversee both Front of House and kitchen operations, ensuring service excellence, strong communication, and a positive, collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and inspire a diverse restaurant team
Oversee high-volume service with consistent quality
Ensure smooth coordination between FOH and kitchen teams
Maintain exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
Manage rota planning, stock control, ordering, and daily operations
Handle guest feedback and ensure service improvements where needed
Develop and nurture team members, supporting their growth and performance
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (essential)
Strong operational background with confidence managing both FOH and kitchen
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
A hands-on leader who leads by example
Ability to build a strong, engaged, and motivated team
