Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!
In this role you will support colleagues with the delivery of the EYFS by engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development toward key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day‑to‑day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of the EYFS by engaging and educating children.
* Encourage children’s development toward key milestones.
* Ensure daily tasks such as room tidying and preparation are completed.
* Use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
* Provide a flexible and adaptable approach to the dynamic nursery environment.
Qualifications
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
* Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
* Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
