We invest in new and existing homes, provide money advice and wellbeing, employment and training support, and build strong partnerships to support inclusive growth.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Commercial Manager to join us! You will lead the Commercial Team, ensuring the successful letting, sales, and management of PRS and homeownership tenures, including shared ownership and rent-to-buy. You will also be responsible for the effective day-to-day management services for leaseholders.
We’re looking for someone who can implement policies and procedures that support an effective, professional leasehold management service.
What we require:
* Understanding of shared ownership, affordable homeownership, and/or PRS products, as well as Leasehold management including consultation requirements and service charge management
* Experience in target-driven sales and/or letting environments, including arrears management
* Financial appraisal and analytical skills
* Ability to manage budgets and cost centres
* Experience leading and managing staff to meet delivery targets and objectives in a customer-oriented environment
* Strategic and collaborative operational skills, with the ability to represent the Group in internal and external forums
* Excellent communication skills to engage, persuade, and influence at all levels
* Experience in data analysis and research, applying techniques to manage projects
Please note, the role requires flexible working and may involve occasional evening and Saturday commitments.
Why join One Manchester? We offer a supportive and flexible environment with huge opportunities to unlock potential. Be creative and ambitious, and see the difference you can make in our city.
If this sounds like you, apply today! We’d love to hear from you.
We own and manage over 12,000 homes across Manchester, aiming to provide quality homes, excellent services, and opportunities for our communities. Our role as a trusted Social Housing provider extends beyond just providing homes; we focus on improving lives through employment opportunities, new developments, and safe homes.
In line with our Equality and Diversity strategy and commitment, we operate 'the Rooney Rule', aiming to interview at least one ethnically diverse candidate and one female candidate for roles where underrepresentation exists.
We promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, encouraging applications regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
We support flexible and agile working arrangements; if you require flexibility or part-time hours, please contact us to discuss possibilities.
