As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to foster a positive, inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated one-on-one and small group support. Implement strategies to help children manage emotions. Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with pupils. De-escalate challenging situations calmly and effectively. Requirements Experience supporting children's behaviour in a school. Understanding of behaviour management techniques. The ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
