Responsibilities:
- Early starts essential 6am
* Bakery or food knowledge ideal or having worked in food retail and managing people.
-Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Train and supervise shop staff, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to improve shop performance and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organised shop environment
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities
- Professional phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and data entry
Note: Previous experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
