Job Purpose
The Assortment tool aims to empower retailers and CPGs by providing a streamlined, data-driven approach to optimizing product ranges. It bridges category planning and in-store execution, ensuring recommendations are tailored to customer preferences and practical for shelf implementation. By integrating data science with client insights, Assortment facilitates informed decision-making for product prioritization, enabling continuous, agile range reviews to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Key Accountabilities
Execute with Excellence: Lead your team in planning, facilitating, and executing:
* Education: Coach and develop others on product best practices and frameworks.
* Planning: Communicate product vision and strategy consistently to ensure alignment.
* Leadership: Support your team, fostering empowerment and problem-solving capabilities.
