Job Summary
Reporting to the National Service Manager, this role is focussed on customer satisfaction, quality of work, retail through puts, vehicle maintenance and sales preparation.
The measures of effectiveness will sit with both financial and quality KPI's all of which will be communicated in time for the coming period of measurement.
Responsibilities
* Engage in the ongoing and improving health and safety measures in the department
* Ensure that all aspects of PPE and working practices are adhered to at all times
* Use the training available to you working towards the next level in your professional development at all times
* Maintain appropriate working conditions and equipment for yourself
* Attend and engage in your monthly reviews and annual PDR's
* Maintain a disciplined and professional approach to work
* Conduct yourself in a manner appropriate to the role at all times
* Effectively work with all team members across the whole company
* Effectively work with all leadership members and deliver their expectations
* Book out all parts and consumables used in the way prescribed by the company
* Proactively order the appropriate stock for upcoming jobs
* Effectively maintain the Just go fleet and RVSC sales vehicles
* Work in a manner which avoids waste at all times
* Maintain stock security at all times
* When working on a Just go vehicle ensure that you are identifying and rectifying any issues found
* Upload all warranty claims using the appropriate systems and see the jobs to conclusion
* Clock in and out of jobs accurately
* Create accurate estimates for jobs presented to the business
* Ensure you are able to deliver internal and external smart repairs
* Ensure customer satisfaction is at the core everything you do
* Work in a way which promotes a sustainable approach to body repairs
* Use C it Now to build trust with the customer and provide upsell opportunities
* Safeguard the customers vehicle and possessions whilst in the departments care
* Be an expert in the sales body preparation process and competent to repair all aspects of the Habitation area
* To be an NCC gas safe person (training will be provided if not already qualified)
Qualifications
* Proven experience of working in an effective aftersales environment
* A work history evidencing the effective carrying out of body repairs
* An eye for detail and quality
* Business focus and a desire to succeed beyond what is expected
* Resilient and flexible and able to work in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding workplace
* Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
* A strong work ethic and professional approach to the workplace and colleagues
