Compliance Manager
MSP Organisation is seeking a skilled and proactive Compliance Lead to oversee regulatory compliance across our group of companies. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and maintaining our compliance, AML, and data protection frameworks, ensuring we meet our obligations while enabling business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a Group-wide compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
* Act as Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including (but not limited to) UK Market Abuse Regulation (UK MAR), General Data Protection Regulations and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
* Lead enterprise risk management processes and support regulatory audits and reporting.
* Monitor regulatory changes and advise senior leadership on strategic compliance matters.
* Deliver engaging compliance training and foster a culture of ethical conduct.
* Provide expert guidance on complex KYC files, data protection queries, and client risk assessments.
* Support stakeholder engagement through clear communication, internal guidance, and policy updates.
Experience & Attributes
* Proven experience in a compliance role within legal, financial services, accountancy, or other regulated sectors.
* Strong understanding of GDPR, AML, and risk management principles.
* Demonstrated ability to design and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and specialist compliance platforms.
* Experience acting as an MLRO and/or DPO is highly desirable.
Please note: This role will be office-based during the probation period, after which it will transition to a hybrid working model with flexibility for remote work.
