Your Role
We’re excited to invite you to join our Markets Hub team as a Technical Product Specialist and App Delivery in Manchester, Lancashire, United Kingdom – in a hybrid work environment.
What You'll Do
In this impactful role, you will:
* Lead the delivery of real-time market data (LSEG/Refinitiv) and ensure timely completion of analysis, design, development, testing, and release in collaboration with Product/Platform Managers.
* Manage Market Data Applications (LSEG/Refinitiv/Reuters), 3rd Party Websites (Single Dealer Platforms), and FX Post Trade applications (LSEG).
* Capture detailed data flows and document downstream consumption.
* Govern usage against license and sharing restrictions.
* Oversee product/platform-specific tech vendor assessments and ensure vendor accountability.
* Escalate incidents or concerns to the SDG Lead for resolution as needed.
* Provide thought leadership and support to a team of engineers and developers.
* Offer technical feedback to Product Owners, integrating insights across all technical teams.
* Collaborate with the Engineering Lead to identify opportunities for process improvement.
* Manage and track adherence to tech development KPIs, providing regular progress reports across the Hub.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Experience managing live market data systems (LSEG/Refinitiv).
* Vendor and relationship management experience, with a solid understanding of vendor licensing and usage agreements.
* The ability to communicate effectively with technology, operations, architects, key stakeholders, and senior business partners.
* Strong execution skills and the ability to navigate the organization to achieve results.
* Hands-on technical skills to swiftly identify real-time market data issues or data content problems.
