The Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN) East of England, part of the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), invites applications for a Research Delivery Practice Educator to join the team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Role overview
The Educator will enhance the research delivery skills and clinical competence of the RRDN Agile Research Delivery Team, ensuring staff meet statutory and sponsor requirements, and supporting partners in developing tailored training programmes.
Responsibilities
* Mentor new Agile Research Delivery Team members.
* Provide formal learning interventions and deliver constructive feedback.
* Lead and manage the provision of research delivery practice education and clinical skills improvement.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the RRDN Host Clinical Education Team and other key contacts.
* Curate and provide expert advice on clinical governance requirements and related regulations.
* Offer expert research delivery practice education and clinical skills training in line with host organisation and sponsor requirements.
* Provide specialist advice on all aspects of the research process and practice, including expectations of clinical skills and required competencies across research delivery settings.
