Based in the heart of Chester City Centre, Abbey School is an Independent Special School for young people with autism aged 4‑19 years who may have additional learning difficulties and behaviours that challenge.
We are seeking a positive and diligent individual with a strong knowledge of cleaning practices and a commitment to maintaining excellent standards of hygiene. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and is dedicated to ensuring a clean and safe environment for our school community.
Position Details
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 15:00
Term Time Only
Start Date: Mid-November (to be discussed)
Key Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning tasks across all areas of the school site
* Clean and sanitize toilets, the hygiene room, and the medical room
* Monitor and report low stock of cleaning supplies
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, quality standards, and general procedures
* Adhere to school policies and regulations
