What tasks can you expect?
* On-site installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC machine tool equipment and controls
* Delivering technical product demonstration to customer as well as training in set-up, tooling, operating and programming of the machine tools in scope
* Support to spare parts by determining parts required by the customer
* Preparation of service reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing repair information
Your Profile
* Educational background in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics or equivalent technical orientation
* Several years of proven experience in operation and troubleshooting of CNC machine- and automation-related manufacturing processes
* Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical schematics
* Operational experience with machine controls
* Customer service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationship
* IT skills (MS Office)
