Head of Marketing

Cast UK are supporting a well-established, market-leading B2B organisation in the search for a commercially focused Head of Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional ready to lead a full-function marketing team while further developing their strategic capability, with a clear pathway toward a future Marketing Director role.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the marketing agenda for a key business division, aligning activity closely with commercial objectives to drive growth, engagement and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and optimisation of business solutions and value propositions
2. Own brand positioning, messaging and multi-channel delivery across B2B audiences
3. Develop joint marketing initiatives with key supplier partners
4. Oversee CRM strategy, customer segmentation and data-driven campaign execution
5. Enhance customer journeys to improve acquisition, retention and cross-sell
6. Deliver a programme of high-impact events, including customer and company-led initiatives
About You
7. Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a B2B environment
8. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing to revenue and profit
9. Experience working in a sales-led organisation
10. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data-driven marketing
11. Demonstrable experience managing and developing a team
12. Confident influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions
