Cleaning Operative
We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative for one of our static sites in Canterbury, CT2.
This is a temporary role from the 28th July - 15th August.
1. Monday to Friday
2. 2 hours per day
3. Working hours anytime from 6pm - you will have a set of keys to the premises
4. £13 per hour
What are we looking for?
5. Previous experience in cleaning environment is essential
6. IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
7. Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Cleaner:
8. Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
9. Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
10. Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
11. Hoovering of carpeted areas
12. Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
13. Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
14. Replenish consumable items. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels (if contractual)
15. Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
