What You’ll Do: As a full-time SEND Nursery Support Staff member, you’ll play an invaluable role. You will:
1. Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with SEND.
2. Collaborate with nursery teachers to implement educational plans tailored to individual needs.
3. Create a nurturing and safe learning environment.
4. Monitor children’s progress and provide feedback.
5. Attend to children's personal needs, including mealtime, hygiene, and mobility support.
6. Help develop social skills and independence.
7. Participate in professional development opportunities.
The ideal candidate:
* Has experience working with children with SEND.
* Demonstrates patience, adaptability, and resilience.
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Possesses a positive, empathetic, and nurturing approach.
* Is proactive, creative, and enthusiastic.
Pay Rate: Starting at £95.29 DOE
