Position: Account/Client Relationship Manager
Location: Onsite with Housebuilder accounts – field-based.
Salary: Attractive basic salary with OTE to £45,000.
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM weekends when required
Timeline: Immediate interviews with ASAP start date.

Through our range of individual brands we specialise in facilitating the sales of new homes working with housebuilders, lenders and a nationwide network of estate agents. We offer a broad range of mortgage services together with Part Exchange, and Assisted Move schemes. We are now seeking an Account Manager to join our Part Exchange Team.
Main Purpose Of The Account Manager Role
Reporting directly to the Divisional Managing Director, you will assist the Account Management team in generating additional revenue through the development and retention of our current Housebuilder clients. You will assist in maintaining excellent working relationships with new and existing Housebuilder clients to deliver a first class service and liaise with Housebuilder Group contacts in relation to performance and reviews. You will also oversee team performance for Accounts responsible for.
Main Responsibilities
Diligent and focused on providing the highest level of service to our House Builder clients
Focused on agreed sales targets and key performance indicators
Provide ongoing training and support to new homes developments
Monitor and provide reports on market intelligence, competitor activities and Housebuilder satisfaction
Assist the Account Management team by giving support at Housebuilder client sales meetings
Communicate new product/initiatives to existing and prospective clients
Provide a link between client and internal team to ensure service levels are not compromised
To deliver the agreed Business Objectives
Provide a service on a nationwide basis
Ad hoc duties as and when required by the Senior Management Team
Requirements:
Ideally have had exposure to the new build/resale housing market.
Maintain and build on good working relationships with new and existing clients
Smart and well presented at all times, portraying a professional image
Outgoing, Ambitious and self-motivated
The ability to thrive in a pressurised environment
Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding Communication and listening skills
Highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Full driving licence Travel & Overnight stays week on week
