As a Bank Reservations Clerk at The Holly Hospital, you will provide an outstanding service to patients. Working closely with all relevant departments to ensure a smooth and effective service to all patient's pre-surgery by accurately and efficiently scheduling Theatre day cases and inpatient admissions. This is a fast-paced role, often subject to last minute changes so the ability to proactively react to change is essential
As a Bank Reservations Clerk, you will:
* Have great communication skills and be able to explain information to patients in a way that's clear, sympathetic and easy to understand regardingtheir procedures
* IT literate willing to learn inhouse systems and confident mailbox management
* Be confident liaising with Patients, Consultants, Anaesthetists and other internal stakeholders
* Proven ability to step outside of your comfort zone and adapt to challenges at short notice
