Job – Partnerships Manager
Salary – £40,000 - £45,000 (Company Car provided)
Location – Covering the East Midlands
Contract – Permanent
Summary
Trigon Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Partnerships Manager located in the Midlands. Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy that ensures full geographical coverage
Undertake targeted stakeholder engagement, including representation of the business at external meetings, conferences and events aligned with the business growth strategy.
Identifying and creating local, regional and national partnerships that support high quality operational outcomes
Maintain effective communication with partners to ensure mutual understanding of business plans and strategies
Work with the business development team and operational teams to develop sustainable and meaningful partnerships that support development of bids, proposals and growth opportunities.
Facilitate co-design of new proposals with different stakeholders dependent on opportunity type
Support post tender negotiations and implementation as appropriate.
Develop and maintain specialist referral relationships with person-centred support services e.g. healthcare/skills
Engage with employers to identify new partnership opportunities
Contribute towards the development and maintenance of in-depth competitor/partnership analysis.

Person Specification:
Comprehensive knowledge of the region
Willingness to undertake regular travel as part of the role
Experience of working with a diverse range of commissioners and a basic understanding of procurement processes.
Demonstrable experience of developing partnerships at a strategic and operational level to support the delivery of contracted services.
Ability to confidently represent the business a range of scenarios
Previous experience contributing to wider business development processes e.g. competitors analysis, stakeholder databases
Established relationships with regional contacts appropriate to the role
Previous experience engaging employers in a partnerships role
Knowledge of policy context across core markets including employability, justice and skills, and impact on local and regional delivery
