We are a passionate and motivated team based in London and are looking for someone to join us on our journey to help reshape how apps are perceived - they are not a nice to have, they are a must have for any scaling ecommerce brand on Shopfiy.
The Role
We are seeking a highly driven and relationship-oriented Partnerships Manager to join our team. You will spearhead our go-to-market partnership strategy within the Shopify ecosystem, focusing on identifying, building, and expanding strategic partnerships with leading local Shopify agencies, consultants, app partners, and platform stakeholders.
Your goal is to increase brand awareness, source new referral channels, develop pipeline opportunities, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to develop joint strategies, execute partnership initiatives, and support our growth targets.
This role involves building a vibrant ecosystem of Shopify agency partner & Tech solutions, collaborating on co-marketing campaigns, representing Venn Apps at industry events, and supporting complex sales cycles.
What We Are Looking For
* 1/2 years of experience working in a Partnerships role
* A natural relationship builder, who is resourceful and has an entrepreneurial mindset - with the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of the Shopify ecosystem. Ideally including connections with tech companies or agencies within the eco-system.
* Ideally have experience in outbound sales, strategic business development, or partner management within SaaS, retail tech, or digital agencies.
* Proven track record of generating revenue through partnerships and joint GTM initiatives.
* Excellent active listening, communication, and negotiation skills to bring consensus and foster long-term relationships.
* Willing and able to travel to meet partners, attend industry events, and cultivate in-person relationships.
What you’ll do
* Drive revenue and ARR growth through existing and new strategic agency relationships.
* Own and scale Venn Apps agency ecosystem in EMEA - Shopify’s fastest-growing market.
* Build and execute joint GTM strategies that align with mutual success goals.
* Represent Venn Apps at events, dinners, and in-person partner meetings to build deeper relationships.
* Collaborate closely with Account Managers, AEs, and sales leadership to influence pipeline and close deals.
* Identify regional growth opportunities and ensure partner alignment from onboarding through activation.
