Customer Experience Support - Oldbury
Salary: £12.25 per hour + monthly bonuses
Location: Oldbury
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working will be required.
What will you be doing?
* Delivering fantastic customer service over the phone and face-to-face
* Managing administrative tasks and resolving customer queries with efficiency
* Using our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases
* Understanding each customer’s needs upon arrival and ensuring a smooth handover to the right team member
* Liaising with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints
* Working as part of a team to ensure customer service (NPS) targets are met every month
What we need from you?
* A full UK driving licence is essential
* Experience of delivering great customer service, any industry
* Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
* Confidence using systems and handling administrative tasks
* Enthusiastic, proactive and customer‑focused attitude
