Role overview
As a Store Manager at Vision Express, you're responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes managing your colleagues, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and meeting sales targets. You'll handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
You will also manage recruitment with support from your Regional Manager and Store Support Centre colleagues. Creating a positive work environment and supporting your team in their roles is key. Our mission is to help customers 'See More and Be More' by providing tailored eyecare and eyewear solutions to enhance their lifestyle.

* Monitor and analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and motivate your team to meet or exceed targets
* Support colleagues with strong leadership and management skills
* Communicate effectively and build rapport with patients, translating professional terminology into understandable language
* Maintain accurate customer records, prescriptions, and requirements for optimal service and product recommendations
* Collaborate with the store team, including Eye Care Professionals, Optical Assistants, and Management
* Work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment

* Assist with in-store recruitment processes
