Description Position Summary: Manage end-to-end employee life-cycle transactions and data administration for multiple EMEA countries. Ensure timely, accurate processing aligned with local regulations and support process improvements to drive standardization and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Execute HR transactions (new hires, transfers, exits) in HR systems in line with country-specific compliance requirements. Create and issue compliant employment contracts and documents. Maintain organizational structures and reporting relationships. Liaise with Payroll to ensure data accuracy and timely payments. Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records. Act as the first escalation point for lifecycle processing queries. Participate in testing and implementation of new system releases and enhancements. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. Job Requirements: Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, and/or CIPD qualification preferred although other related fields may be considered. Typically demonstrates proven related experience Special Skills & Competencies : Demonstrates HR operations experience in an international HRSS environment. Strong data accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize high volumes in fast-paced settings. Proficiency in English; additional European language preferred. Knowledge of EMEA labor laws, including UK and EU regulations (GDPR, Works Councils, statutory entitlements). Proficiency with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & SLAs: 99% accuracy of HR transactions. 95% SLA adherence.
