What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Resourcer, you’ll be supporting and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
* Sourcing and engaging candidates across a variety of roles including marketing, sales, tech, office & commercial
* Screening and interviewing candidates to understand skills, motivations and values
* Advertising roles across job boards and social media platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, CV databases)
* Building long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines
* Working closely with clients to understand workforce needs and job requirements
* Managing compliance, references, and onboarding processes
* Keeping accurate records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Learning hiring trends and staying up to date with industry news

* Some experience within recruitment is ideal.
