The Opportunity
You will join at a pivotal growth stage, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (also a co-founder). This is a high-impact, standalone role with a clear path to leadership, including team growth opportunities.
Your responsibilities include:
* Owning and defining the product vision and roadmap from scratch
* Building products that convert raw data into tangible business outcomes
* Embedding product thinking across the organization
* Bridging technical teams, commercial leaders, and customers
* Shaping the future of an ambitious AI solutions company
About You
We seek a self-starting product leader who excels in autonomy and ambiguity. You should have:
* Experience managing complex, data-driven products end-to-end
* A background in product-led organizations (not consulting or agencies)
* A hands-on approach with a proven ability to build from zero
* Comfort working with technical teams and customer insights
* A passion for developing scalable, intelligent platforms
